Thinking outside the box - receipt roll scrap-busting

I got these rolls of receipt printer paper for an outside-the-box project: creating rolls from scrap fabric for quilting.This paper works perfectly for that, and I like that the width is more than a standard adding machine roll (which most tutorials use). At nearly 3 inches wide, I can use the scrap fabric rolls for more than just strips in a quilt, such as borders and binding.I also keep a roll of it on a rod near my crafting space for making quick notes or labeling.The quality of the paper is suitable for making notes and labels, but it still tears away cleanly if used for paper piecing a scrap roll.
