PRIVACY POLICY
At Abreeze Technology LLC, your privacy is our priority. Abreeze Technology is
committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. The information
Abreeze Technology collects about you when you become a member is used to
process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on the
Abreeze Technology Web site. In order to insure the protection and security of
your personal information, the Abreeze Technology website uses a 128 bit
encrypted SSL. While, Abreeze Technology cannot guarantee complete security
on stored information, Abreeze Technology has installed and applied our
encrypted pages and installed SSL certificates to prevent information from being
stolen.
How Does Abreeze Technology Use the Information Collected?
When you become an Abreeze Technology member, Abreeze Technology will ask
you to fill out a form that requests disclosure of your name, address and e-mail
address, as well as some demographic information such as gender and date of
birth, and optional information about your social media accounts (Twitter,
Facebook, Instagram, etc.) such as username(s). Additionally, you will be asked
for your Clover Merchant ID, business name (if applicable), and phone number.
Abreeze Technology may share this information with trusted partners, such as
Abreeze Technology’s order-fulfillment company, data intelligence company, or
marketing companies to help Abreeze Technology perform order fulfillment,
marketing activities, and statistical analysis. Abreeze Technology will also
provide the necessary personal information to the companies assisting Abreeze
Technology with processing credit/debit card transactions, including Clover.

Abreeze Technology reserves the right to disclose such information if required
pursuant to a statute, a subpoena or other court order. In the event that Abreeze
Technology is required to disclose this information, if permitted, Abreeze
Technology will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with written
notice of the information requested, provide you with information as to the name
of the party requesting the information, if permissible under law, and provide you
with the opportunity to challenge the disclosure.
With respect to your demographic information (gender, date of birth, etc.) and
social media profile information, these will be used for security purposes, to
ensure you are who you say you are and, that you are, in fact, paying with
authorized credit cards in your name, unless otherwise stated herein.
Refer-A-Friend
If you choose to use Abreeze Technology’s referral service to tell a friend about
the Abreeze Technology Web site, Abreeze Technology will ask you for your
friend's name and email address. Abreeze Technology will automatically send
your friend an email inviting him or her to visit the Abreeze Technology Web site.
Unless otherwise required under law, as detailed below, Abreeze Technology will
use this information for the sole purpose of soliciting your friend’s business and
may store this information on Abreeze Technology’s databases.
Abreeze Technology’s Use of Log Files
When you visit the Abreeze Technology Web site, Abreeze Technology
automatically logs your IP address, your browser type and your access
times. Abreeze Technology utilizes this information to conduct site performance
evaluations, to see where visitors are coming from, to track purchases, to track
changes in subscriptions, and to keep track of click stream data (the screens our
users visit on our site). This data helps Abreeze Technology to determine what

content our members find most appealing so that Abreeze Technology can
maximize your enjoyment of the site. Log files are not tied to personally
identifiable information. Abreeze Technology also reserves the right to use log
file information for marketing purposes, unless you opt out of such marketing by
providing written notice to Abreeze Technology at [email protected].
Site Security
All Abreeze Technology employees take protection of your personal information
very seriously. All employees must learn and follow Abreeze Technology security
policies and PCI Compliance policy Access to member personal information is
limited to key management personnel and Abreeze Technology’s member
services department. Personal information of Abreeze Technology members is ID
and password protected and Abreeze Technology’s Web security is reviewed on
a monthly basis. Abreeze Technology has also installed and applied the Abreeze
Technology Web site with a 128-bit encryption SSL.
Correcting/Updating Your Personal Information
After becoming an Abreeze Technology subscriber you may correct/update your
personal information by clicking on the 'My Account' link at the top of any page,
entering your ID, password and birth date when prompted and clicking the Edit
Information button. The changes you make will be reflected in Abreeze
Technology’s databases instantly. If you wish to deactivate your account, you
may contact Abreeze Technology’s member services group through the 'My
Account' section, or the 'Contact Us' section.
Links to Other Web Sites
This Web site contains links to other Web sites, such as MailChimp® and
Facebook™. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you may be

leaving the Abreeze Technology Web site and redirect to the Web site of a third
party. These Web sites may independently collect or request information about
you and Abreeze Technology encourages you to read the privacy statements of
these linked sites as the associated privacy policies, if any, may differ from
ours. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Abreeze Technology is not
responsible for and shall have no liabilities whatsoever for the
unauthorized disclosure of information by any third party Web
sites. Abreeze Technology members will hold Abreeze Technology
harmless against any liability, damages or costs with respect to the
unauthorized disclosure of any personal information by third party Web
sites.
Communication
From time to time Abreeze Technology may send out email messages alerting
you that certain products or services are available, to remind you about providing
feedback, or for promotional offers. In addition, you will receive communication
from Abreeze Technology 1) if you contact Abreeze Technology for a particular
reason, 2) to receive or confirm your orders, or 3) if Abreeze Technology needs to
contact you for administrative purposes such as winning a contest. Administrative
e-mails may contain promotional materials. If you choose to receive Abreeze
Technology newsletters, they will contain promotional materials from Abreeze
Technology and or our affiliates. At any time, you may discontinue receiving the
Abreeze Technology newsletters by using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of
the newsletters or by amending your account information through the Abreeze
Technology Web site.
Legal Disclaimer
Though Abreeze Technology makes every effort to preserve user privacy,
Abreeze Technology may need to disclose personal information when required

process served on Abreeze Technology. If permitted, Abreeze Technology will

Supplementation
Abreeze Technology may correct or supplement your address information with
standardized postal representation in order to ensure delivery of your orders.
Abreeze Technology does this since Abreeze Technology wants to make sure
that members receive the order and to lower costs associated with Abreeze
Technology programs.
Abreeze Technology’s Use of Cookies
Cookies are pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer's
hard drive which identify you when you enter a Web site. The ability to select
samples on Abreeze Technology’s Web site is not cookie-driven. Abreeze
Technology may use session cookies to provide a seamless experience on the
site and to combine with Abreeze Technology’s log files so that Abreeze
Technology can understand Abreeze Technology’s Web site traffic and analyze
demographic information in aggregate form. If you have set your browser to
